To better meet the demands of Shini products and provide highly efficient service to satisfy the increasing needs for the plastic material process equipment in Vietnam, Shini Group decided to set up a subsidiary company - CONG TY TNHH VSP VIET NAM in Quang Minh Industrial Park of Hanoi Vietnam through careful considerations. With the continuous increase in sales in Vietnam over the years, the existing business scale is hard to meet the growing customer demands. We planned to start a new factory in north Vietnam in 2021. In March 2022, Shini got the land permit for the new factory located in Thang Long 3 INDUSTRIAL PARK in Yongfu Province, covering 10,000m², with a construction area of about 6,000m². It is expected to be put into operation in May 2024, which will significantly improve Shini's production and shipment efficiency in Vietnam's local market.
Since 1969, Shini has experienced 52 years' development. Now, it can offer eight series of products through constant exploration and progression, covering plastic material processing (dehumidifying and drying, conveying and mixing, etc.), mould temperature control, water treatment (cooling water and chilled water system), plastics recycling, robot, hot runner and systematic solution, as well as the whole molding processes. In the future, the era driven by the data is coming toward us, and the data from production and equipment will push forward informatization's progress. At present, Shini is active in outputting the Smart Injection Molding Plant to the market that can provide a complete solution of intelligent and integrated auxiliary equipment of the whole plant based on digitization and informatization. Besides, the equipment can match the systematic plans to develop in-depth and expand scope, providing the market with one-stop, practical, and straightforward solutions.
