Q1.How to select the appropriate molder and chiller?
Please click the formula download button in this page and according to the formula to select suitable models.
Q2.Chiller requirements: Flow rate 150L/min; Temp Range 10-25 degrees (indoor or outdoor unit); Productivity 30kg/Hour; Dryer requirements: Material PC; output capacity 30kg/hour.
SIC-33W-R2-P and SCD-160U/120H are suitable.
Q3.Can SIC-66W-R2-HP and SIC-84W-R2-HP chillers meet the following conditions which are 3 - 5bar of water Pressure and 1〜1.5℃ of temperature gap?
These chillers can only meet requirement of water pressure. Because the water temperature is controlled by the hysteresis control system, so in order to protect compressor from being damaged due to run/stop frequently, controlling accuracy of standard model can not be ensured within 1〜1.5℃.
Q4.Our requirements for a water chiller are inlet water Temp. 40-45℃ and outlet temp 10-15℃ and water flow 250 L/min at 3 bar, please suggest suitable model of water chillers.
SIC-84W-R2-HP is available. when use it, please fully open the by pass valve between the water inlet and outlet.
