    • Dust Chamber

      There is dust on the plastics; the dust will be removed when the plastics going through the dust chamber.

    • Conveying Blower

      The conveying blower conveys the plastics to the hopper on the machine to prepare for the next step of dust cleaning.

    • Dust-removing Blower

      It blows air into the dust chamber when the plastics pass through the dust chamber to take away the dust.

    • Ion Blower

      It blows static ion to neutralize the static charge carries in the plastics, which is helpful for separating the dust and plastic particles.
    SDS is suitable for removing dust in plastic materials such as PET, PA, and PC etc. It is not used for dealing with plastic recycled materials. Please inform us as the material need anomalous temperature or close-loop circulation after drying. SDS-100/250 is only applicable for the dust-separating of virgin material; SDS-500 is applicable on the floor mount.

    • SDS-500 can optionally collocate with storage tank (Include level motor and suction box).
