Drying & Dehumidifying series

　SHINI Drying & Dehumidifying series has been designed for drying plastic raw materials with a stable low dew-point air below -50°C with the maximum drying capacity of up to 750 kg per hour. Each of them includes the microprocessor control and precise temperature control.

Feeding & Conveying series

　SHINI Feeding & Conveying series is intended for decreasing manual handling and improving efficiency. Digital microprocessor control, automatic cleaning and shortage alarm are included. Closed-loop conveying process reduces material waste, avoids moisture re-absorption of the dried material and is a best system for dust free operations.

Heating & Cooling series

　SHINI Heating & Cooling series is intended for plastic industry. The precise mould temperature controllers are designed for cooling mould temperature to achieve higher quality of the product surface finish and lower cycle time. The series of heating and cooling equipment is suitable for a precise water or oil temperature control between 5℃ and 300℃.

Dosing & Mixing series

　SHINI Dosing & Mixing series has been designed to automatically mix the virgin, regrind and masterbatch in a set proportion precisely without any waste. Both of the mixing tank and mixer adopt stainless steel for easy clearance and no contamination to material.

Granulating & Recycling series

　SHINI Granulating & Recycling series has been designed for the instant recycling of sprues and wastes, and for the central waste recycling. The double safety devices are designed to meet worldwide highest safety requirements. The robust construction and soundproofed interior make these machine both strong and their noise level below 85db.

Blower Series

Shini Group has successfully developed single-stage high-pressure blower and Turbo blower. Single-stage high-pressure blower applied to pneumatic conveying system of material and vacuum lifting work. High mobility and convenient installation are its features. Turbo blower mainly applies to plastic dryers, mechanical cooling and usual air supply work. It was mould from aluminum alloy with attractive appearance and convenient installation. All blowers have passed CE certification.
